Our return policy
Items can be returned as long as they are not customized items. Our return policy is simple: return in the same condition as purchased. They cannot have been washed and they must be returned in re-sellable condition.
Please note: Items from a home where smoking is present are not able to be returned and as such, cannot be refunded.
If shipping is required: Purchaser will pay shipping fees to return. Items will be refunded less a $5 re-stocking fee. If it is simply an exchange due to sizing, the $5 re-stocking fee is waived. Refunds will be issued once items are returned. If items returned arrive in a condition that is not re-sellable, we will contact you to return items to you. These items will be returned at your expense for postage and handling. No refund will be given.

Our designs are mocked up using professional mockup businesses within each listing to give you an idea what your apparel “should” look like. We try our very best to ensure the apparel colour choices and design colours are as accurate as possible. Please be aware your screen resolution, settings and filters can make colours appear slightly different. Returns and exchanges based on apparel/design colour variability are subject to our discretion.
